billing information:
$75 an hour – $45 per half hour – $25 per fifteen minutes (minimum)
Minimums are set to make the best use of everyone’s time. Charging $25 for only five minutes of work seems just plain silly. To combat excess silliness, please be prepared with your needs and materials ahead of time so the value is maximized.
rush rates:
50% premium will be charged for requests requiring a deadline of less than seven days.
100% premium will be charged for requests requiring a deadline of less than twenty-four hours.
All rush rates require a one-hour minimum.
barter:
Occasionally bartered goods or services may be exchanged against rates. While barter can be a wonderful medium to do business, it is not always a viable option for both parties. Please contact Jennie Kay directly for barter inquires. No barter is available against Third Party Services.
non-profit discount:
Supporting those that support us, is the key to making communities continue and thrive. Jennie Kay currently volunteers and donates a great deal of time and professional services to various non-profits and charities that support several of her own passions. She is unable to to take on any further gratis work, but please inquire about the non-profit discount.
deposits:
Please be prepared to place a retainer of 30% or $300, whichever is higher, for any project quote that exceeds $600. Projects less than that amount will require a 50% retainer. All retainers are non-refundable, with funds being applied towards the total fees due.

Cash, check and credit card payments are accepted.
